We can turn the results of your energy audit into a project. Each home that we evaluate has a customized set of recommendations that are unique to each home. Translating them into a project that may involve more than one contractor can be challenging, and there is often a strategic order the upgrades should be handled. We can manage your project by bringing in our team to address the items that would require a contractor to install.
We also participate within several utility-run energy efficiency programs that may offer you discounts on the installation. If you have Ameren Illinois or Nicor Gas as a utility provider, there may be incentives or rebates to help pay for the energy efficiency upgrades on your project. Often, these discounts come right off your bill so that you aren’t waiting for a rebate check to come in the mail. We will process all necessary paperwork to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the submissions.
Built on quality assurance. At the end of the project, we will also provide follow-up testing after the work is done by running the blower door test to determine the reduction of building air leakage, use the infrared camera to scan for insulation issues, check for gas leaks along gas lines, and measure ventilation rates of bath exhaust fan.
